Describe why you are proud to be an ROA member.

“ROA cares about Reservists! All ranks and services can join! ROA advocates for Reservists' pay, benefits, modern weapons systems, and more, by contacting congresspeople, the President, and the public, every week on our concerns. We Reservists are better off and better able to serve our nation because of ROA.”

Describe how ROA has benefitted you in your military career.

“There are lots of opportunities to lead when you represent your state (Chapter or Department) and National ROA in appointed and elected positions. This helped me be more comfortable and confident speaking in front of members of my Reserve group and wing and non-military audiences.”
