The final agenda is still being worked and will be provided at a later date. For travel purposes, you can plan on the gala dinner being held Friday, 18 October, and final activities and closing ceremony being held on Saturday, 19 October.

Attendees must register through ROA no later than midnight, 31 August 2019.

Includes: Transportation to/from Bogota International Airport, bus transportation from Bogota to Paipa and Paipa to Bogota, welcome cocktail, gala dinner, coffee breaks, and breakfast, lunch, dinner at the Military Club Sochagota from 16 to 19 October 2019, and an official conference photo.

Lodging
The Colombians will reserve your rooms. Attendees are responsible for paying lodging fees onsite.
Club Militar-Bogota: $50.00 per night (Approximately)
Attendees will stay here for one night – 15 October 2019
This is a twin room with two beds. A maximum of two people allowed per room.
Club Militar-Sochagota: $40.00 per night (Approximately)
Attendees will stay here for 3-4 nights nights, 16 October thru 19 or 20 October.

Meals are included.
Knights Templar
A Knights Templar event (separate fee) is being planned for Thursday, 17 October with possibly two from the US delegation who have indicated interest.
Security
Security is being handled by the Colombians, however US UPORFA officials are encouraged to monitor US Embassy advisories to alleviate any concerns.
Participants
The following countries have confirmed participation: Argentina, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, Peru and US plus SOUTHCOM. Awaiting South Africa, Uruguay and Guatemala confirmation.
