Due to the COVID-19 virus and the lack of availability of the vaccine, Peru has notified the UPORFA Presidency and countries that they cannot host the 2021 Congress which was scheduled for November 2021 in Lima, Peru.

Paraguay has indicated that they will try to host the 2022 UPORFA Congress.
