Registration Fees:
- Military: $410.00 (Includes conference, transportation, meals, snacks and gala dinner.)
- Spouse/Guest: $310.00 (Includes program with activities, meals, snacks, transportation and gala dinner.)
Travel: Transportation will be provided to/from Lima, Peru airport and hotel. At registration, provide your arrival and departure dates so we can plan accordingly.
Lodging: Hotel: The designated hotel for United States participants is the Courtyard Lima-Miraflores by Marriott. Rates:
- Single: $115.00/night (plus 10% tax/service fee)
- Double: $125.00/night (plus 10% tax/service fee)

- Tours are available only with a minimum of ten participants.
- Airfare from Lima to the city of Cuzco is not included in the tour cost, flight reservations to Cuzco must be done on your own.
Option 1: Machu-Picchu Three-Day Tour
Departs: October 5, 2024

Schedule: - Day 1: Transportation from Cuzco Airport to hotel & afternoon Cuzco City tour.
- Day 2: Guided tour of Machu-Picchu Inca City.
- Day 3: Guided tour of Inca Sacred Valley, visit to Pisaq Archeological Park, buffett lunch at Urubamba City, guided tour of Ollantaytambo Archeological Park, guided tour of Chinchero City and return to Cuzco Airport.
Option 2: Machu-Picchu Five-Day Tour
Departs: October 6, 2024 or October 7, 2024
Cost: $850.00 per person Includes: - Private ground transportation service

- Hotel lodging with breakfast
- Lunch during tours (dinner is not included)
Schedule: - Day 1: Transportation from Cuzco Airport to hotel. Rest of day free time.
- Day 2: Guided tour of Inca Sacred Valley, visit to Pisaq Archeological Park, buffet lunch at Urubamba City, guided tour of Ollantaytambo Archeological Park, and tourist train transportation to town of Machu-Picchu with overnight stay.
- Day 3: Guided tour of Machu-Picchu Inca City. Departure back to Cuzco City.
- Day 4: Guided tour of Sacsayhuaman Archeological Park, Qenqo, Pucapucara, and museums.
- Day 5: Cuzco City tour and transportation to Cuzco Airport.
