- September 25: Transportation from the conference hotel to the Almirante Padilla Naval Cadet School, 7:00 am. Return at 6:00 pm. Free night.
- September 26: Transportation from the conference hotel to the Almirante Padilla Naval Cadet School, 7:00 am. Return at 6:00 pm. Free night.
- September 27: Transportation from the conference hotel to the Naval Base, 8:00 am to 12 pm. Lunch not included. Free afternoon.
- September 27 - Night: Gala dinner, Naval Museum, 7:00 pm to 1:00 am.
- September 28: Return of delegations.
