“As a retired US Army Reserve service member, I am honored to now serve fellow reserve component members through ROA's myriad initiatives. Being "twice the citizen" while furthering one's personal and professional goals and raising strong families with the American spirit is hard. ROA allows me the opportunity to serve our amazing reserve component professionals at arms as they sacrifice to serve and lead.”

“ROA was a resource for my peers and me as we were navigating our civilian and military careers. Providing mentors and folks that had "been there and done that" before us helped us access resources and support to continue our service while still being true to our other life relationships, commitments and goals.”
